Recently, when I create an event in Calendar v8.0 and start to enter a location, the list of suggested locations appears behind the event's entry window, so I can't view the first entries on the list. It doesn't matter where the event is on the page, and it happens with new events or when updating an existing event. Any ideas?

Ha! Answered my own question but posting if anyone else has this problem.
I use Calendar in Full Screen mode. Toggling out of FS mode fixed the issue, and it didn't return when going back to FS mode.
Do I get points for that?
No. You can't award yourself points.
I have the same problem, which occurs only in fullscreen. Problem is absent when toggling out of FS, but contrary to you, returns when going back to FS.
